LESS CHASING. MORE CLARITY.
You run the sessions. You see young people taking part, building confidence and working together. Then comes the question: what difference did it make?
TMC brings registers, questionnaires and reports into one connected journey. Give your team a consistent way to understand progress and share the evidence with schools, commissioners and funders.
From activity to insightConnect programmes, participants, attendance and questionnaire rounds.
Compare feedback from the same participants before and after a programme.
Bring results, response coverage and your team's insight into one story.
ONE CONNECTED PLATFORM
Explore a fictional programme to see how delivery, feedback and reporting fit together.
Keep schools, cohorts, participants and sessions connected. See who is enrolled and who attended without piecing together separate registers.
Use reviewed questionnaires at baseline, interim and follow-up. A clear participant experience helps feedback become part of your delivery.
Choose the answer that feels right for you.
Try a response. This demo does not save or send your answer.
Compare the same participants over time. See matched coverage alongside the change, so missing responses do not disappear behind a headline.
8 participants have no matched pair in this example. Change is based on the 40 participants with both responses.
Bring the numbers and your professional context together in reports for participants, schools, programme teams and funders.

Create a report for the right audience, review the evidence and control what gets shared.
DIFFERENT ROLES. A SHARED PICTURE.
From the person delivering the session to the person reviewing its impact, TMC helps everyone ask better questions.
Understand participant feedback, compare change over time and use the evidence to inform your next conversation with programme partners.
Manage the practical work of running programmes while building a consistent record of participation and progress.
Bring programme results into reviewed funder reports, with coverage, limitations and your team's insight alongside the numbers.
CREDIBLE EVIDENCE STARTS WITH CARE
Useful reporting needs more than a good-looking chart.
School-scoped permissions and controlled exports help teams work with the information relevant to them.
Report review, approved questionnaire versions and human-led safeguarding workflows keep professional judgement central.
Matched coverage, missing responses and interpretation limits help you communicate change without overstating it.

ROOTED IN REAL PROGRAMME DELIVERY
TMC Performance Systems grew from KABS' work with schools and young people, where confidence, teamwork and participation are part of everyday delivery.
That practical starting point shapes the platform: connect the programme, listen to participants and make the evidence useful for the people who need it.
A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
Have something specific in mind?
Talk to the KABS teamSchools, youth and community programme providers, charities and CICs that need to connect programme delivery, participant feedback and impact reporting. A demo is the best way to explore how it fits your particular programmes.
The platform includes questionnaire creation, imports and versioning. Question sets need review for suitability, scoring and usage rights before publication. Sensitive questions have additional approval requirements. We can walk through your approach in a demo.
Reporting spans participants, classes, programmes, schools and multi-programme funder summaries. Baseline and follow-up comparisons show matched coverage, with staff-written context and export options including HTML, PDF, CSV and Excel.
Funder reporting uses a separate reviewed release process with restricted access and small-group suppression. It is not an unrestricted window into participant records. Your reporting needs and privacy policies should be agreed during onboarding.
TMC focuses on programme delivery, evaluation and reporting. It is not a full school management system. Participant imports help teams bring relevant records into a programme; existing system integrations should be discussed before purchase.
Pricing depends on your organisation, programme setup and reporting requirements. Request a demo to discuss a proposal covering the scope, onboarding and commercial terms before you commit. Your initial enquiry is free and does not require payment details.
The KABS team reviews your enquiry, discusses your programmes and arranges a relevant walkthrough. We then confirm fit, availability, onboarding requirements and commercial terms. Production access is subject to the agreed setup and final operational approval.
YOUR PROGRAMMES. YOUR QUESTIONS.
Request a personal demo or ask us a question. Tell the KABS team a little about your organisation and we’ll take it from there.
